Yeah, I know that is a long title…LOL, but the past couple of weeks have been filled with craziness… Vacation: We spent a week in California for a family reunion. We were camping along the northern coast (up near Fort Bragg) of the state, and before you think I enjoyed hours of sun and sand…think again. Freedom from schedules, freedom from homework, freedom…ahh, it sounded so wonderful. Then summer arrived, and with it came all 5 of my children home at the same time. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE my children, it’s just that they are all young (oldest is [...] As a child, I always loved the month of May. Mostly because it was my birth month, but also because it signaled the winding down of the school year. The sunny weather also invited me to spend hours out of doors, enjoying digging my fingers into the dirt or picking the wild flowers that grew [...] I really meant to come and post an update earlier this week, but my week was filled with meetings, soccer, T-Ball, Baseball, Dance and more! Whew, I am exhausted just thinking about all of the things I did this past week. One event this week was my 32nd birthday. Man, that sounds so old. I know, [...] This is what I woke up to this morning? SERIOUSLY…isn’t it almost May? Why are we getting snow on April 29th? Mother Nature, did you forget to turn the page on your calendar? We spend most of the day recovering from the food and candy overload of the previous day. Honestly, we had a wonderful Easter.
